Return policy

1.1 If you have received your order but you have changed your mind or you are not sure a product is quite right for you then please:

 

(i) Email us at support@korya.co within 14 days from the receipt of your order;

 

(ii) Include your Order Number and a few details on the reason for the return

 

(iii) The product must be returned to us unopened and in the condition as supplied to you. So please re-pack it with care using all of the original packaging or a suitable alternative. You are responsible for the return package and all associated posting costs.

 

(iv) The product needs to be received back to us within 28 days of receipt of the package by you. We do advise that you use a registered and tracking service in case the parcel fails to reach us for whatever reason. 

 

(v) We will only be able to issue a refund after we receive the returned goods and have been checked by our returns specialists to be in its original condition.
