Shipping policy

Our fulfilment process typically takes 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed. We’ll make sure to send you a shipping notification with a tracking details via email as soon as your package ships.

*Note: Due to COVID-19, delivery times may unfortunately be delayed.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer our products and services to customers outside Singapore.

Wrong address

We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information. Any reprocessed order will be charged an additional fee of SGD10. These fees will be deducted from the refund if the order is canceled after having being shipped.
