Shipping policy

Our fulfilment process typically takes 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed. We’ll make sure to send you a shipping notification with tracking details via email as soon as your package ships.

Order Cancellations

Once we receive your order, our goal is to get it to you as quickly as possible. You can cancel your order within 12 hours. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day they are received. If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us at immediately so that we can make the necessary changes on our end. 


In the event that you did not receive your order due to the wrong shipping address, please inform us right away so that we can do our best to deliver it to the right address on our next delivery date.
